About Steve Ancell Realtor

I grew up in the beautiful Willamette Valley. I graduated from Hillsboro High School. During my grade school and high school years, I worked with my uncle in the Construction business. We remodeled and built homes and worked on many projects together. The construction knowledge I acquired working for my uncle gave me a good background for selling real estate.
After college I invested in the startup of an Alpaca ranch. I owned and operated the Alpaca business in North Plains Oregon. I dedicated myself to running and operating the Alpaca ranch for almost 20 years. I learned to do all my own marketing for the business to include marketing of the Alpaca’s for showing, breeding, selling and even the manufacturing of the fiber. I had the fiber manufactured into yarn. I did my own sales of the yarn, to yarn and gift shops all over Oregon and the Willamette Valley.
I have lived in the Willamette Valley area, Woodburn, Molalla, and Canby, Oregon, for the past 12 years. It’s a beautiful place to be able to work each day. I feel blessed to help people find property in the Willamette Valley especially the areas I have lived, Woodburn, Molalla, and Canby.
I also show and sell property in Woodburn, Molalla, Canby, Gervais, Hubbard, Mt. Angel, Silverton, St. Paul, Wilsonville, Brooks, Keizer, Scotts Mills, and the surrounding areas. My passion for the construction business and my marketing experience has come in handy for selling real estate.
I enjoy golf, collegiate football, and basketball, and most of all spending my free time with my son hunting, and fishing. I love vacationing with my family.
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to help my clients obtain their goals and find their dream property. Being a real estate broker brings me a great satisfaction and is such a heartwarming experience making each client happy.
